The Mosaic Cafe is a 2,500 square foot Mexican restaurant which offers both indoor and outdoor dining.  The indoor dining area features a comal, a grill area for the preparation of tortillas in full view of the diners.  To take advantage of the surrounding mountain view, the dining room was enclosed with a curving wall punctuated by large windows.

The Architecture Company recently began working on developing some options for additional parking at the restaurant.  This has included multiple meetings with the City of Tucson including the engineering, landscape, zoning, parking, and traffic departments to define the City’s requirements for this project.  Construction is set to begin in the summer of 2006 on a pre-cast concrete parking structure.
