Located in Rio Nuevo North, this 10,000 square foot office was designed to enhance the client’s focus on U.S.–Latin America relations and business.  The office and library/ gallery allow flexible space for visiting dignitaries, jurists, businesses, and interns to utilize this facility as their “home” base. Clearstories provide natural lighting throughout the single story building. 

Phase II will consist of a 200-seat state-of-the-art video conferencing auditorium.  The adjacent courtyard will allow outdoor receptions.  Other organizations and governmental agencies may also use the auditorium and courtyard separately.
