This 6000 sf metal building will house several departments for the Pascua Yaqui Tribe. It will serve as offices for project managers and building inspectors and will provide storage space for custodial services and fleet management. The open work area uses demountable partition office furniture making it a very flexible space. There are data locations throughout the building along with multiple training/conference rooms outfitted with smartboards. The building was designed to allow for future expansion on the south side of a 6500 sf fleet maintenance structure.
