This project consisted of the stabilization and restoration of the historic Clarke House, mud adobe, 2-story building with copper, pyramid-shaped roof, and the construction of a one-story concrete block addition with copper pyramid roof. All of the restoration work had to be historically accurate and the new addition had to be modern but complementary to existing building. Also included in the scope of work was a new, paved parking area, side walks and paved areas, landscaping and an irrigation system.
