This project consists of the repair and remodeling of 8 single-family units and a 2-story quadplex building, for adaptive reuse as housing. The buildings were originally constructed in 1929, so extensive repairs were needed to refurbish these historic adobe residences.

The scope of work included the repair and painting of exterior stucco, replacement of existing roof, replacement of doors, wood windows, interior cabinetry and appliances, repair of interior plaster walls and ceilings, refinishing of existing wood strip flooring, and the replacement of existing interior HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.

In order to begin marketing the homes before the renovations and landscaping were complete the client requested a rendering. We used a combination of 3D modeling and photo manipulation to show the homes as they will look when complete and in context with their close proximity to the University of Arizona campus.
