This project consisted of the design of a two-story public works building. The facility has a 3-bay garage as well as various shops including spaces for carpentry, electrical and plumbing. The Garage is used for the repair of city vehicles and garbage trucks. The building’s second story will be used for the City’s engineering, Planning and Plan Checking Departments.
The structure is 20,000 sq. ft., 27’ high, and is made of prefabricated metal. Along with truck refueling and garbage truck wash areas, there is also storage for 100 public works vehicles.
