This 19,000 sq. ft. two-story office building and 12,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building for governmental headquarters complex will create a new image as well as a new home for this major Pima County Department.

The site is 11 acres (2 are being used) and is a reclaimed borrow pit, which will be developed as a park in the future. The buildings are sited for views as well as optimum solar orientations.

The office building includes an auditorium that seats 80 people and will be used by both the staff and the public. The warehouse includes:

• storage for parks equipment construction shop with a dust collecting system
• welding shop,
• mechanic shop with an exhaust system
• vehicle storage for law enforcement
