Phase I

Provided master planning, design and construction administration services for a 6,400 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building addition to an existing vehicle maintenance facility. The addition is used to warehouse parts and road machinery equipment. A new 1,200-sq. ft. pre-fabricated mezzanine was incorporated above their existing offices to create an employee break area.

Phase II

A facility expansion of 6,480 sq. ft. including a 4-bay pre-engineered metal building for the repair of heavy construction vehicles and final sale of new heavy construction and mining vehicles was completed as Phase II of the project.

The expansion included two bridge cranes, 5 ton and 15 ton respectively; steel floor rails in 2 bays embedded in floors designed to accommodate tractors with metal or rubber wheels; fuel island; loading dock; POL lubrication system; and steam rack.

Office Improvements:

In 2006 we began work on a major renovation and entry enhancement for the office area of a separate building on the same site.
