Three separate facilities and their functions were combined into this new 20,000 square foot, pre-engineered building with concrete tilt-up panels.

Different areas of the building are dedicated to:

• training of ambulance personnel
• vehicle repair and maintenance
• 911 call center
• office administration and billing headquarters

We worked closely with the client and general contractor during the design phases of this project on pricing, materials selection, and construction methods. This project was on a fast track design program and the result was a cost effective, energy efficient structure. The client has reviewed this project as a possible prototype for their facilities in other locations.

Construction was completed in March 2004 with construction cost totaling $1.5 million.
