The style of this building is contemporary Chinese. The street elevation features brick and stucco with green tinted glass. The main entry feature is a 27-foot high tower with a zinc finish. The brick finish gives the building a simple elegance and the tower, which represents the bow of the ship, symbolizes the Chinese Community’s strength and presence. This “ship” landing in the desert symbolizes the migration, and subsequent challenges, commitment, opportunities and successes of a community that worked hard to create success for its future generations.
