Gila River Fleet Maintenance Facility
The Architecture Company provided architecture and engineering services for a new fleet maintenance facility on a 13-acre site on the Gila River Indian Community Reservation. The project included new parking facilities, parking storage lot, office building, maintenance building, car wash building and fueling station. The office building provides space for maintenance personnel, a conference room and motor pool office. The Maintenance building provides space for both large vehicle and small vehicle separated by an office bay for maintenance equipment, storage and maintenance office personnel. Additional feature on site included a close security system, a water re-use system for the automatic car wash building and secure fueling station. The project is currently complete through construction documents.
