Glenstone Village Apartments
We worked with Compass Affordable Housing, a non-profit organization, which promotes quality and affordable housing for those with special needs. We remodeled an existing 1960’s apartment complex into a modern, gated, 58 one and two bedroom apartment units with community areas, including a library, community room and exercise room. The goal of the entire team was to provide the maximum value allowable for the fixed budget of the project. The project was funded through a tax-credit mortgage and state HOME funds supplied by the Arizona Housing Commission. Within a four month period, the team was able to determine the fixed price budget for the construction.
