Nancy Tom, CDFA

Director, Chief Administrative Officer

Mrs. Tom was one of the founding principals and is responsible for the oversight of a broad range of personnel and project management functions which include operations management, business development, proposal management, contract administration, human resources, and financial administration. Mrs. Tom is key in the creation and development of marketing and diversified business strategies. She is instrumental in ensuring that the proper resources are available to successfully complete all contract and project deliverables.

Prior to starting with The Architecture Company, Nancy was a registered clinical dietitian for 7 years, an acting chief dietitian and lecturer/author of nutrition education for drug and alcohol rehabilitation and teen psychiatric treatment programs. 

Nancy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from Arizona State University and her Master of Science in Dietetics from the University of Arizona with a focus on nutrition analysis and education. Throughout her business practice, she has taken numerous seminars to continually hone her business knowledge and management skills in response to an architectural practice.
