Mr. Tom was the original founder of the firm and has more than 35 years of experience with cultural, master planning, educational, commercial, industrial, recreational and historic facilities. He is skillfull and talented as a master planner, programmer, designer, and project manager. With degrees and practical work experience in both mechanical engineering and architecture, Mr. Tom is able to effectively communicate and understand engineering systems in terms of architectural solutions. His management of the design process and continuous quality control help achieve projects that exceed expectations for budget control, schedule compliance and functionality.

Mr. Tom is known for his designs and his ability to bring diverse groups and ideas together to create great architecture that is functional, in or under budget and on schedule. Mr. Tom has created designs that clients are proud to work and live in.
